Your network memory

Never lose how you met them.

Capture what happened the moment you meet someone—at a conference, mixer, booth, or night out—including LinkedIn connects with a note. Keep the place, the context, and the next step, then follow up from tools you already use.

Early access: 200 captures per workspace. LinkedIn tracking is unlimited. Structured export ready—enrich with your own key in-app, or skip enrichment entirely.

How it works

From handshake to follow-up in one place

Your network is a stack of moments—events, conferences, and the social nights in between. leadcapture.now holds each one so you never forget who, where, or what you talked about.

  1. 01

    Capture in the moment

Voice, badge photo, typed note, or a LinkedIn connect with a note—fast enough between conversations.

  2. 02

    Keep the context

We structure who they are, where you met, what they said, LinkedIn connects you logged, and what to do next.

  3. 03

    Follow up without the scramble

Review leads and LinkedIn connects, enrich if you need to, and push to CSV or API—into Claude, Clay, your CRM, or your own stack.

FAQ

Questions before you join

Who is leadcapture.now for?

Anyone who meets a lot of people and hates losing the thread—event and booth teams, conference-goers, and socially active individuals who want context when they follow up. If notes live in Slack, camera rolls, and LinkedIn tabs, this is for you.

How does the waitlist work?

We're letting in about 100 people first—prioritizing folks with events coming up who'll use it and give feedback. Request access with your work email and tell us what events you have in the next 30 days. We'll email a sign-in invite if you're approved. No public self-serve signup.

What are the launch limits?

Each workspace gets 200 voice, photo, and typed captures during early access. LinkedIn scan and connect tracking are always available and don't count toward your capture limit. Enrichment is not included—you bring your own provider key, or export and enrich elsewhere.

What gets captured?

Voice summaries, badge or business-card photos, short typed notes, and LinkedIn connects you send from the app (with an optional note). We structure name, company, where you met, conversation context, and a recommended next step.

How does the LinkedIn connects tracker work?

From capture, log a LinkedIn connect you sent through the app and add a note with why you connected or what to say next. Review those connects later, match them to people, and keep the thread from dying.

Is it only for booths and sales teams?

No. Booths and ops teams are a strong fit, but the same flow works for conferences, networking nights, and personal relationship tracking—capture now, remember later, follow up from tools you already use.

Is it actually usable on a phone?

Yes. The capture interface is built for one-handed use—tap to record, snap a badge, type a quick note, or log a LinkedIn connect between conversations.

CSV or API—what should I use?

CSV when you want a spreadsheet dump or Clay import. The JSON API when Claude, Clay, Apollo, your CRM, or automation tools like Zapier and Make should pull leads on a schedule. Both export the same structured context—even without running enrichment in the app.

Does it find email addresses?

Not by default in early access. Captures are structured and export-ready. To look up email or LinkedIn in-app, connect your provider key under Workspace settings. Or pull JSON via the API into Claude, Clay, or your CRM—or skip enrichment and follow up with the context you captured.

Can I use my own enrichment provider?

Yes—that's how in-app enrichment works in early access. Workspace admins connect keys under Workspace settings. You pay your provider directly; we don't resell lookup credits.

Is my data isolated by workspace?

Yes. Captures, LinkedIn connects, events, and users live inside your workspace. Platform admins manage access; workspace members only see their own workspace.
